YG trainer Hwang Ssa Bu has shared part of Minzy’s training program in his video series called “Workout TV”. This specific video is about training your abs and stretching after the excercise, you know that’s really important after the sports actions.

Even if you don’t understand a word what he’s saying, you can see his movements and positions so that program is very easy to follow. In Minzy’s program there seems to be 5 sets of 12 repetitions.
